• The master bedroom has a king sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, hand basin, bidet and toilet, extensive wardrobes housing a safe for the secure retention of documents a dressing table etc.
• The sliding patio doors have secure shutters outside which allow the patio doors to safely remain open (unless air conditioning is required) and the doors lead to a large sun terrace with tables and chairs and a view of the sea.
• A marble staircase leads from the ground floor to a large landing with doors both to the front of the property (sun terrace) and a single door onto the rear terrace which catches the morning sun.
• The landing has a desk and is the location of the wifi hub which enables broadband connectivity when required.
